Return and Refund Policy

At Hamdaani, we want you to shop with confidence. If there is an issue with your order, please review the policy below for information about returns, replacements, and refunds.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, in its original condition, and returned with the original packaging, tags, manuals, warranty cards, and any included accessories.

We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item shows signs of wear, resizing, damage, misuse, alteration, missing parts, missing packaging, or if it is not returned in the same condition in which it was received.

Return Requests

If you wish to request a return, you must contact us as soon as possible after receiving your order. Return requests should be sent to support@hamdaani.com with your order number, item details, and the reason for the request.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must notify us within 3 days of delivery and include clear photos or videos showing the issue.

Items Eligible for Return

Returns may be considered in the following situations:

You received the wrong item.
The item arrived damaged.
The item has a manufacturing defect.
The item is significantly different from what was ordered.

All return requests are subject to review and approval before any item is sent back.

Non-Returnable Items

We may not accept returns or refunds for:

Items that have been worn, used, resized, adjusted, or altered.
Items returned without original packaging or accessories.
Items damaged after delivery due to misuse, accidental damage, improper storage, or unauthorized repair.
Normal wear and tear.
Water damage outside manufacturer guidelines.
Minor cosmetic variations that do not affect function.
Clearance, final sale, or non-returnable items where stated on the product page.

Refunds

If a return is approved and the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. If your refund is approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within a reasonable processing time.

Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank, card provider, or payment platform.

Shipping fees, duties, taxes, customs charges, and other non-product fees are generally non-refundable unless required by law or where the return is due to our error.

Replacements

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we may offer a replacement where stock is available. If a replacement is not available, we may offer a refund or store credit at our discretion and subject to applicable consumer rights.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we may assist with return instructions after reviewing your request.

If the return is requested for any other approved reason, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit.

Order Cancellations

We cannot guarantee cancellations or changes once an order has been processed, packed, or dispatched.

Refused or Undeliverable Shipments

If an order is refused by the customer or returned due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or failure to clear customs, any shipping charges, return fees, customs duties, taxes, or related costs may be deducted from any eligible refund.

Warranty Issues

If your issue relates to a fault that may be covered under warranty, please contact us before arranging any repair or return. Warranty claims may be handled under a separate Warranty Policy depending on the product and brand.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this Return and Refund Policy excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other applicable law that cannot be excluded.
